The hotel rooms were very nice and had a great view over the lake, prepared to a standard I usually see in more expensive hotels. However, there was an extra charge for dogs.
The hotel offers rooms finished to a high standard, providing exceptional comfort typical of more expensive hotels on the island. The service is top-notch with convenient amenities. The location is perfect for exploring the island with stunning grounds. However, the dining experience has room for improvement in terms of presentation and variety.
The hotel offers wonderful views from the spacious rooms, great service, and a very comfortable location being close to the ferry terminal and airport. However, the dining experience had some issues with temperature and ambiance.
